Registration Procedures:

For Pre-registered PAID /FOC Delegates and Oral & Poster Presenters

1. Delegates who have pre-registered and already paid their registration fees, please queue at the “Pre-Paid Registration Counter”
2. Delegates must hand their registration confirmation letter to our ushers to enable balance status check. If there is unpaid balance, delegates must queue at the “Cashier Counter.”
3. In case of misplaced registration confirmation letters, delegates must give their names to our ushers, who will issue a delegate form with your order number and/or balance due.
4. At the counter, the staff will request the delegate to hand his registration confirmation letter or delegate form (from usher). Upon confirmation of complete payment, the delegate will receive his name badge, lunch vouchers, bag voucher, and gala dinner ticket, if applicable.
5. In case of name correction, delegate must complete the “Name Correction Form” found in the form filling counter and drop in the appropriate drop box. Corrected badge will be available for collection two hours after submission of form.

For Pre-registered UNPAID Delegates
1. Delegates who have pre-registered but have not yet paid are requested to queue on the “Cashier Counter” with their registration acknowledgment letter.
2. Delegates will hand their acknowledgment letter to the usher before lining up.
3. In case of misplaced registration confirmation letters, delegates must give their names to our ushers, who will issue a delegate form with your order number and/or balance due.
4. At the counter, the staff will request the delegate to hand his registration confirmation letter or delegate form (from usher).
5. Payment may be made in cash (only US Dollars or Thai Baht will be accepted) or credit card (only MasterCard or VISA) only.
6. Upon completion of payment process, a temporary receipt and name badge, lunch vouchers, bag voucher, and gala dinner ticket, if applicable, will be issued to the delegate.
7. Should you require an official receipt, please complete the “Official Receipt Request Form” found in the form filling counter and drop in the appropriate drop box. Official receipts will be available for collection on 7th October.
8. In case of name correction, delegate must complete the “Name Correction Form” found in the form filling counter and drop in the appropriate drop box. Corrected badge will be available for collection two hours after submission of form.

For Onsite Delegates
1. Delegates who are registering onsite are requested to first fill in an Onsite Delegate Registration Form found on the form filling counters.
2. Delegates are then requested to queue on the “Cashier Counter” and hand their completed registration form to the counter staff.
3. Payment may be made in cash (only US Dollars or Thai Baht will be accepted) or credit card (only MasterCard or VISA) only.
4. Upon completion of payment process, a temporary receipt and name badge, lunch vouchers, bag voucher, and gala dinner ticket, if applicable, will be issued to the delegate.
5. Should you require an official receipt, please complete the “Official Receipt Request Form” found in the form filling counter and drop in the appropriate drop box. Official receipts will be available for collection on 7th October.

Invited Speaker/ VIP/ Press
1. Invited Speakers are requested to queue on the “Speaker Lanes” at the “Speaker/VIP/Press Registration Counter” to claim their name badges.
2. VIPs are requested to queue on the “VIP Lanes” at the “Speaker/VIP/Press Registration Counter” to claim their name badges.
3. Members of the press are requested to queue on the “Press Lane” at the “Speaker/VIP/Press Registration Counter” to claim their name badges. Media who brought photographic and video equipment will need to have their equipment checked by the Royal Guards at the Police Service Counter, which is located next to the Press Lane.
4. At the counter, Invited speakers, VIPs and members of the Press must hand their confirmation letters to the staff.
5. Upon confirmation of complimentary registration, name badge will be handed out

Accompanying Person (AP)
1. Accompanying persons who have pre-registered and already paid their registration fees are requested to queue on the “Pre-Paid Accompanying Person Lane” at the Bag Pick-up Counter with their confirmation letter.
2. AP must hand his registration confirmation letter to ushers before lining up on the queue in order to enable balance status check. If there is remaining balance, AP will be directed to the “Cashier Counter’ to complete payment.
3. In case of misplaced registration confirmation letters, AP must give his name to our ushers, who will issue a delegate form with the AP’s order number and/or balance due.
4. Upon confirmation of paid registration, name badge will be distributed to the delegate.
5. In case of name correction, delegate must complete the “Name Correction Form” found in the form filling counter and drop in the appropriate drop box. Corrected badge will be available for collection two hours after submission of form.

Exhibitor/ Contractor
1. Exhibitors are required to proceed to the Cashier Counter to claim their exhibitor badge.
2. Additional badges may be requested for a fee (THB150/badge).
3. Counter staff hands their name badge and exhibitor kits.
4. Exhibitors should check all the badges for correct name and company name. The representative must sign over on the exhibitor check list.

  1. Temporary contractors will be processed at the Cashier Counter in order to receive temporary contractor badge for entrance.
  2. Temporary contractors are required to leave his/her ID card for the temporary contractor badge.
  3. Counter staff will hand ID card back once they return temporary badge.

Remarks:
*All attendees are required to always wear their name badge with the correct side shown.


*Delegates will receive bag voucher, lunch voucher, booklet and gala dinner in his/her name badge pocket. Present your bag voucher at the “Bag Pick-up Counter” to claim congress bag.
*Certificates of Attendance will be issued only by request. Delegate must complete the form “Certificate Request Form” and drop the request form at the drop box by the form filling counter.
*Delegates who lost their name badges must complete the form “Lost Badge Form” and present the form to the “Cashier Counter”. A replacement badge costs THB 350.00 or USD 10.00.
