Terms and Conditions:

Registration

  1. All registration forms with payment details must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (one form per participant)
  2. A confirmation letter will be forwarded to all registered delegates via email or fax. Please bring along this confirmation letter during registration at the conference.
  3. An official receipt will be sent to all registered delegates upon receipt of the full payment.
  4. Conference registration fee inclusions: Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition; coffee and lunch breaks; welcome reception and congress material.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat
  2. Replacement of delegates will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is submitted to the Conference Secretariat by 4 September 2009.
  3. Schedule of refunds:
    Before 4 July 2009Refund with 30% deduction for administrative fees
    After 4 July 2009Refund with 50% deduction for administrative fees

    No requests for refund will be accepted after 4 September 2009. Refunds will be processed after the Conference.
