Sponsored Symposia

                  Pre- or Post-Congress Symposia
                  The Congress will offer opportunities for pre- and post-congress symposiafor industry
                  sponsors and other interest groups in rooms of various sizes on 4th October or 9th
                  October. Meeting rooms will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and space
                  assignments will be confirmed by 5th October 2008. Fees may apply. Please contact the
                  organizer for more information.

                  The ICN 2009 organizers prohibit the scheduling of exhibitor/sponsor events,  including
                  those of company personnel only, whether they are scientific, technical, or social, at times
                  which conflict with the society’s scientific program activities.

                  Luncheon Symposia

                  Sponsored Luncheon Symposia are specifically set aside for industry sponsors to have a
                  forum to present their latest research findings, studies, trials, etc. Contents of the symposia
                  are at the discretion of the industry sponsor but with approval of the ICN 2009 Scientific
                  Committee. ICN 2009 will not provide CME credits for these symposia.

                  All lunch symposia will take place in the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre
                  (BITEC) Grand Halls (GH 1, GH2, and GH 3) at the 2nd Floor.

                  Other smaller conference rooms will be opened for sponsorship after the rooms listed
                  above are all taken.

                  The price includes the following benefits:

  • Provision of a room in the venue of the congress
  • Lunch boxes for up to 500 delegates
  • Use of the technical equipment onsite
  • One Full Page, Full Color Ad in the Final Congress Program
  • Publishing of symposium program in the Final Congress Program
  • Inclusion of name in Final Program (no logos allowed)
  • Inclusion of name in direction signs (no logo allowed)

                  Not included: travel expenses for speakers and additional special technical equipment
                  and technicians for these special equipment

                  The following rules and regulations apply to all sponsored luncheon
                  symposia:

  • Sponsors may publish their own program, abstracts and proceedings
  • Sponsors may print posters for the symposium and display these in
    designated areas within the Congress center.
  • Logo’s used within should be moderate in size.
  • Sponsors may distribute product samples, souvenirs, and other
    promotional items outside the assigned conference room only.
    Distribution of such items in other areas within the conference and
    exhibition center is strictly prohibited unless otherwise arranged by
    the Organisers.
  • Sponsors are required to register all participants to the congress
    as a delegate.
