Below are the meeting packages for function rooms within the congress venue, BITEC, and will only be available on the 4th and 9th October 2009 from 8:00 am – 5 p.m. The rates include the use of the meeting room and basic AV equipment including: one LCD projector, one laptop, one podium and podium mic, one lapel mic, and one projection screen. The pre- and/or post-congress meeting organizers will be responsible for registration and other related meeting costs, such as food & beverage, extra AV equipment, speakers’ airfare and accommodation.
The seating capacity for these meeting rooms range between 80 to 160 persons, theatre style.
Meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
